We had a blast filming with Christine Helmer for the Luther and the West MOOC! With the completion of MOOC filming, we were delighted by the opportunity to continue our work with Christine in the production of a video for the Digital Learning site.
We set up on the southern end of the Lakefill on a mild overcast morning. Sailboats wove back and forth in the background between campus and a hazy view of the Chicago skyline. Harlan interviewed Christine in a thoughtful discussion of innovation, teaching, and the value of historical ideas for a current-day context.
